Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and generate daily audit reports
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late arrivals and early departures
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and building access protocols
- Train and supervise overnight front desk associates
- Process payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication skills for handling diverse guest scenarios
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
