Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest inquiries 24/7
- Prepare daily reports and reconcile nightly financial activities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong basic math and computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Tucson location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
