Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle payment transactions accurately
- Manage daily reconciliation of accounts and financial reports
- Oversee security protocols and respond to emergency situations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with day staff for seamless transition of operations
- Maintain comprehensive records of nightly activities
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on guest areas
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera a plus)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
