Responsibilities
- Manage overnight guest check-ins/checkouts with speed and precision
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate requests
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Update property management systems with real-time data
- Prepare end-of-night reports for management review
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid California driver's license (required for valet coordination)
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Flexibility to cover weekends/holidays
