Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor security systems and safeguard property integrity throughout the shift
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare daily reports and manage reservation systems
- Uphold brand standards while representing our luxury mountain lodge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or overnight hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Spanish language skills highly desirable
