Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for overnight guests with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with discretion and solutions-oriented approach
- Monitor security systems and ensure hotel safety protocols during overnight hours
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using PMS systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Prepare daily reports and manage overnight occupancy data
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional guest interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, RoomMaster)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
