Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including bed making, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust all furniture/fixtures to hotel standards
- Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Maintain organized cleaning carts and inventory of supplies
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before guest arrivals
- Collaborate with team members for efficient room turnover between shifts
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable transportation to evening shift locations
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
