Responsibilities
- Check in/check out guests efficiently with attention to detail
- Manage reservations and handle billing inquiries
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams overnight
- Maintain accurate guest records and security protocols
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Provide local recommendations to late-night guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Kansas City attractions and services
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
