Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and efficiently check-in/check-out guests during overnight hours
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute nightly audits, generate reports, and maintain accurate guest records
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and attention to detail
- Safeguard hotel assets and ensure compliance with security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with composure
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for errands)
