Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival, manage the front desk operations, and provide accurate information regarding building amenities and local Sacramento services.
- Security Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the property premises to ensure the safety and security of all residents, reporting any suspicious activities or maintenance issues immediately.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours emergencies, communicating effectively with on-call management and emergency services when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Process lease renewals, manage incoming mail and packages, and maintain accurate resident records in our property management software.
- Concierge Services: Assist residents with special requests, such as valet services, package deliveries, and local recommendations.
- Access Control: Monitor entry points, verify visitor credentials, and issue access codes securely to maintain strict building security protocols.
- Maintenance Coordination: Document and report any maintenance issues or repairs required during the shift to the appropriate maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or property management is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during after-hours situations.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, property management software, and standard office equipment.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and reliability in a professional setting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
