Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and billing for all overnight guests.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming phone calls, manage email inquiries, and address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Security & Safety: Monitor hotel premises, conduct security rounds, and ensure the safety and security of all guests and property during the night shift.
- Key Management: Issue and collect room keys securely, maintaining a strict log of all access.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are cleaned and ready for check-in the following morning.
- Problem Solving: Resolve minor guest issues or complaints on-site to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED preferred; previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to use Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
