Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Strip beds, change linens, dust furniture, and polish surfaces according to checklists.
- Restock amenities and cleaning supplies on housekeeping carts.
- Ensure all safety protocols and security measures are followed during the shift.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston, MA location.
