Responsibilities
- Lead Night Operations: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and common areas during the overnight shift.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned areas to ensure they meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Team Management: Monitor and coordinate the work of night cleaning staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
- Inventory Management: Track and restock cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure no operational interruptions.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and document any maintenance issues or damages to report to the facility management team promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, chemical handling procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional housekeeping or hospitality experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with the ability to spot and rectify cleaning inconsistencies.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with the day shift team and management.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Clean Record: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
