Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and manage guest inquiries via email and in-person.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and reservations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of PMS software.
