Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for all guests.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and managing the switchboard.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures for visitors and clients with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor building security protocols, including visitor logs and access control.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
