Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial offices (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing)
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain organized living/workspaces
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and proper equipment maintenance protocols
- Follow detailed checklists and client-specific cleaning instructions
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs promptly
- Adhere to safety standards and confidentiality policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability (weekends/evenings required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic English proficiency for client communication
