- Bedmaking: Strip beds and make them according to strict brand standards, ensuring linens are crisp and taut.
- Amenity Restocking: Replenish toiletries, mini-bar items, towels, and linens to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintenance Reporting: Immediately report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken furniture to the supervisor.
- Housekeeping Cart Management: Organize and restock cleaning supplies efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests politely and address any specific cleaning requests or concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
