Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Adapt cleaning protocols to specific client preferences and property layouts
- Report maintenance issues or damage promptly to management
- Maintain professional appearance and punctuality at all client locations
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices when requested
- Complete detailed cleaning checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and self-direction abilities
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Flexible availability during weekday mornings/afternoons
