Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Change linens, make beds, and organize bedrooms to five-star standards
- Manage inventory and restock household supplies (toiletries, cleaning products)
- Handle laundry services including washing, drying, and folding
- Empty trash/recycling and maintain waste management systems
- Adapt to client-specific preferences and maintain confidentiality
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 25 lbs) and extended standing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekday mornings and weekends
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
