Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms/kitchens
- Change linens, make beds, and organize living spaces to client specifications
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Adapt cleaning schedules to accommodate client preferences and shift rotations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while in client homes
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with property managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for weekday shifts (morning/afternoon/evening)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Background check and drug screen required
