Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
- Restock household supplies and maintain organized pantries/closets
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and maintain inventory of supplies
- Adapt to specific client preferences and maintain strict confidentiality
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with property managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in high-end residences
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability (20-25 hours/week, primarily weekday mornings)
- Background check and drug screening required
