Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness in residential properties using advanced techniques
- Execute deep cleaning protocols for kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Manage laundry services including ironing and garment care
- Inventory and restock household supplies (linens, toiletries, etc.)
- Adapt cleaning schedules to client preferences and special events
- Utilize eco-friendly products and sustainable practices
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with property managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail with organizational skills
- Strong time management and self-motivation
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings
- Background check and references required
- Basic knowledge of textile care and stain removal
