Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of large-scale machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure.
- Define the technical vision and strategy for AI adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, engineers, and designersâto deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of all AI models in production environments.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party AI tools and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
