Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions using cutting-edge frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain) for the 2026 initiative.
- Lead the design of scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and ensure ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product workflows.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and inference costs for production environments.
- Define best practices for MLOps, data governance, and AI security.
- Conduct technical mentorship and code reviews for junior and senior engineers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern deep learning libraries.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
