Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-level system architecture for large-scale AI models, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, aligning with business goals.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with top-tier research scientists to translate theoretical advancements into production-ready code.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize model accuracy across distributed environments.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate technical debt.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to stakeholders.
