Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting the 2026 tech stack.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance machine learning systems and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into core product lines.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical vision of the development team.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (LLMs, Edge AI, Predictive Analytics).
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across global deployments.
- Present architectural proposals to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience designing systems for high-scale, high-availability environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
