Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term AI architecture strategy for the company, specifically targeting capabilities for the 2026 technological horizon.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and predictive analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical AI roadmaps.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of deploying AI solutions that drive measurable business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
