- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design complex, multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making and complex problem-solving.
- Ensure Ethical AI Compliance: Implement robust guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and unbiased.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large language models (LLMs) and vector databases for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Deep Learning Expertise: 8+ years of experience in designing and deploying deep learning models at scale.
- Programming Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- System Architecture: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing integration, Edge AI) for 2026 readiness.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
