- Predictive Modeling: Develop next-gen forecasting engines that utilize unstructured data to anticipate market shifts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine model weights and training pipelines to reduce computational costs while increasing accuracy.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed system design.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
