Role Overview:
As a Principal AI Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of our advanced AI ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical deployment, ensuring our solutions are scalable, robust, and visionary.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML systems and infrastructure for 2026 readiness.
- Lead research and development initiatives focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Define technical roadmaps and strategic direction for our AI product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business processes.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in a high-availability environment.
