Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Architectures: Design and implement scalable deep learning frameworks capable of processing multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Lead Project 2026 R&D: Spearhead the research roadmap to achieve AGI milestones by the 2026 deadline.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to integrate quantum algorithms into classical neural networks.
- Model Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in model training times and inference latency for edge deployment.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior researchers and senior engineers alike.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal engineering capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure R&D environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders.
