Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the proprietary '2026' neural engine, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion to model deployment and MLOps integration.
- Optimize existing algorithms for massive scale, improving inference speeds by up to 40% in simulated environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the engineering team.
- Ensure all Project 2026 systems adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with proven experience deploying models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, or reinforcement learning is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and mentor engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
