Responsibilities
- Assist guests with the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of luggage, packages, and furniture during check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the lobby and service areas at all times.
- Provide directions and recommendations to local attractions, restaurants, and businesses to enhance the guest experience.
- Operate company vehicles or equipment safely and adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Handle special requests and resolve minor guest issues with a positive and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
