Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage inventory and restock cleaning supplies efficiently
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality control standards
- Adapt to specialized cleaning protocols for high-end properties
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding preferences and feedback
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Complete deep cleaning projects for move-ins/move-outs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Valid Indiana driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Background check and drug screen required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of green cleaning products preferred
- Excellent time management and client communication skills
