Responsibilities
- Deep clean residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, and floor care (hardwood, marble, carpet)
- Manage laundry services (washing, ironing, folding, and storage)
- Organize closets, pantries, and living spaces to client specifications
- Restock amenities (linens, toiletries, household supplies)
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and specialized equipment
- Report maintenance issues and property concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury homes
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of fabric care and cleaning techniques
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
