Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and delicate garment care
- Organize and maintain clutter-free environments with systematic space optimization
- Handle specialized surface treatments for marble, wood, and delicate finishes
- Coordinate seasonal deep cleans and event preparation services
- Inventory and restock household supplies and luxury amenities
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury residential settings
- Proven ability to execute detailed cleaning protocols to 5-star standards
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong command of English with exceptional communication abilities
- Valid US work authorization and clean background check
- Reliable transportation with ability to travel within Chicago metro area
- Flexible availability including weekday mornings and weekends
- Certification in eco-friendly cleaning methods preferred
