- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms/kitchens

- Maintain professional appearance and communication with clients
- Adapt to different home layouts and client preferences
- Report maintenance issues or special cleaning requirements
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance cleaning techniques
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required - we provide full training!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to service locations across DC
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Willingness to obtain basic cleaning certifications (provided)
- Flexible availability including some weekend/evening shifts
