Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory of supplies
- Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report promptly
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Coordinate with front desk team for room readiness timelines
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
