As a key member of our elite R&D team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical, scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, focusing on scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems.
- Lead the architecture of high-performance computing (HPC) environments and neural network frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and engineers to prototype next-gen algorithms.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance optimization across all deployment stages.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Present technical strategies and project milestones to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks) and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
