Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and strategic milestones for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with global market trends and emerging technologies.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of AI-driven decision engines, edge computing networks, and next-gen neural interfaces into our core infrastructure.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to future-proof architectures, ensuring zero downtime during critical migration phases.
- Talent & Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks in long-term projects and implement mitigation strategies well in advance of delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial capacity overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), and distributed systems design.
- Futuristic Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, blockchain logistics, or predictive analytics is highly valued.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to successful deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to anticipate future challenges and design scalable, resilient solutions.
