Responsibilities
- Design hybrid quantum-neural network architectures for 2026-scale problems
- Lead development of error-corrected quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech partners on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems at scale
- Translate theoretical models into deployable quantum-AI pipelines
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum optimization techniques
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and lead patent portfolios
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published work in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in TensorFlow Quantum and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms (e.g., IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects from concept to deployment
- Strong background in quantum error correction protocols
