Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms optimized for AI/ML workloads

- Prototype quantum neural networks for real-world applications
- Lead quantum software stack development using Qiskit/Cirq
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and AI/ML frameworks
- Track record of open-source contributions to quantum computing
- Ability to secure DOE/NSF research grants preferred
