Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise optimization
- Lead prototyping of quantum neural networks and quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready solutions
- Publish research in leading journals and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and classical optimization
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Proven ability to publish peer-reviewed research or develop patentable technologies
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
