Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning and optimization tasks.
- Collaborate with theoretical physicists to translate quantum mechanical principles into executable code.
- Optimize quantum circuits to reduce error rates and improve qubit coherence times for production workloads.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns that can be leveraged for quantum advantage.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum hardware integration within our existing cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Amazon Braket.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics fundamentals.
- Experience with classical machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
