Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm optimization and error correction
- Develop proprietary quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for next-gen security
- Collaborate with climate scientists to model complex quantum systems for environmental forecasting
- Secure patents for novel quantum AI methodologies and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning fundamentals
- Interface with government agencies on quantum policy standardization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in quantum supremacy or quantum neural networks (arXiv/peer-reviewed)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction techniques
- Track record of securing >$2M in quantum computing research grants
- Experience mentoring postdoctoral researchers in quantum AI
- Clearance for DoD/NSF quantum research initiatives preferred
