Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI models with 99.9% fault tolerance
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum cryptography and neural network fusion
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Secure $5M+ in federal innovation grants for quantum-AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum computing principles
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on quantum-AI standardization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure NSF/DoE research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
