Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging AI for optimization and simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Publish peer-reviewed research in quantum computing and machine learning convergence
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum AI applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum programming languages
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
