Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for exponential performance gains
- Develop error-corrected qubit architectures scaling beyond 10,000-qubit systems
- Create adaptive AI frameworks leveraging quantum advantage for real-time optimization
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Author breakthrough publications in Nature/Science and secure patents
- Mentor PhD researchers and drive open-source quantum-AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into scalable implementations
