Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Develop error-correction frameworks for practical quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI co-design architectures
- Secure federal and private funding for 2026-focused research initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum-AI integration methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and AI frameworks
- Experience with high-performance computing environments (HPC, cloud quantum platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable implementations
