Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for optimization problems

- Secure $10M+ in government/private grants for quantum-AI initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in neural networks and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical modeling
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into commercial applications
